Hi, I’m Jackie Porter a Behavioral Scientist & Health Coach. I’m certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in personal training, nutrition and behavior change. I also graduated Summa Cum Laude from my Master’s of Science program in Behavioral Psychology. With my education and background, I specialize in helping super busy women lose weight by finding ways to put themselves first with realistic and sustainable health routines.

As someone who comes from a 10-year corporate career, I really struggled with finding a sustainable way to be healthy while also climbing the corporate ladder. In fact, I burned out so many times, that when COVID hit I decided it was time to find a better way to live my life.

In search of answers, I enrolled in my master’s of behavioral science program, and learned more than I could have ever imagined about how our brains work against us when it comes to maintaining not only our mental health, but also our physical health.

By examining psychological, social and environmental factors, behavioral science offers a strategic way to diagnose many of the barriers that impact our overall well being—and better yet—the simple habits to overcome them. My goal is to teach you what I’ve learned and applied to my own life in order to help you thrive in yours.
